• Contributed to research by developing various pulse varieties including MGG 348, MGG 347, MGG 351, MGG 385, MBG 207, MBG 1070, MRG 1004, and Jowar MJ 278.
• As Research Editor for the Journal of Research, ANGRAU, improved NAAS rating from 1.0 to 3.86 at AICC & University Press, PJTSAU, Hyderabad.
• Enabled access to the Journal on CABI Full Text Repository through an MoU with CABI.org (UK), benefiting academics and students.
• Associate Editor for Vyavasayam, a Telugu monthly magazine publishing 12 issues annually.
• Taught UG, PG, and Ph.D. courses at CoA, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad, for 15 years.
• Streamlined PG programs as Technical Officer to Dean PG Studies, introducing new regulations and contributing to academic policies.
• Participated in Board of Studies meetings for postgraduate studies.
• Revised course curricula during the 3rd to 6th Deans’ syllabus revisions and BSMA PG curriculum updates.
• Contributed to the accreditation of the College of Agriculture as GPBR faculty.
• Served as an external examiner for other universities.
• Reviewed PG e-learning courses under NAHEP.
• Guided 06 Ph.D. sand 11 M.Sc. students as Major Chairperson and 12 M.Sc. & Ph.D. as Co-chairperson.
