KVK, Palem organized groundnut input distribution (CFLD oilseeds) and training Programme on 21-10-2020

KVK, Palem organized groundnut input distribution under cluster front line demonstration for Rabi oilseeds sponsored by National Food Security Mission for the year 2020-21 at KVK, Palem. We have provided the inputs as seed variety K9 and vitavax power (caboxin+thiram) for seed treatment. Dr. T. Prabhakar Reddy has explained about importance nutrient management on nodulation development, bio synthesis of oils, pod development and soil amelioration for higher yield in groundnut. Given tips to achieve the higher yield with low cost technologies. Mr. K. Ramakrishna, SMS (Crop Production) had given training on integrated crop management techniques for uniformity in flowering, pegging and pod development. A total of 35 farmers from Nandi vaddeman village, Bijinepally Mandal. were attended the programme.
