Webcasting at KVK, Palem on the eve of Launch of National Animal Disease Control Programme by Shri Narendra Modiji, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India from Mathura, U.P on 11-09-2019

A webcasting programme has been arranged at KVK, Palem, Nagarkurnool dist on 11-09-2019 to facilitate the farmers of Nagarkurnool district, scientists of Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Palem and officials of Department of Animal Husbandry, Nagarkurnool dist to witness the inauguration of National Animal Disease Control Programme and National Artificial Insemination Programme by Honorable Prime Minister of India, Shri. Narendra Modiji on 11th at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The Honourable Prime Minister has stressed the need to give much importance to the subsidiary activities like Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Dairy besides Agriculture for ‘Doubling the Farmers Income’. He has also stressed the importance of cleanliness in the interest of nation’s development by inaugurating ‘Swacchta He Seva’ to be implemented from 11th September to 2nd October to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Srhi Mahatma Gandiji. Speaking on the occasion at KVK, Palem Dr. M. Jagan Mohan Reddy, Programme coordinator of the KVK, Palem Dr. Anjilappa, DA&VO, Nagarkunool Dist, Dr. Madhusudhan goud, DA&VO, Mahaboobnagar, Dr. Venkateswarlu, AD-Vety, Nagarkurnool Dist, Sri Raju, Consultant, Ministry of Petroleum and Non Conventional Energy and other KVK Scientists, Veterinary Assistants Surgeons- Dr. Bichamma, Dr. Divya and farmers of 60 no of the district were participated in the meeting. A vaccination programme also arranged for the cattle at KVK against FMD and brucellosis.
