The Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao (BBBP) NSS programme was organized at Agricultural College, Palem on 24-01-2020. In this programme Dr. P. Raghuram Reddy, Associate Dean, Dr. K. Vijayalakshim, Professor and Head, Dept. of Entomology and students participated actively in this programme. The NSS officer Er. J. Veeranna explained in brief about the important objectives of BBBP and the child sex ratio in India, importance of the girls, their role in society.
