EEI, Hyderabad Enriches the Knowledge of PG Students of UAS, Bangalore on 06-05-2022

Forty students of College of Agriculture, UAS, Bangalore visited EEI, Hyderabad on 06-05-2022. Speaking on this occasion, Dr. M. Jagan Moahn Reddy, Director, EEI briefed the students on the challenges in agriculture sector and the role of EEI in meeting these challenges. Dr. M. Preethi, Professor, EEI briefed on gender sensitization for development, while Dr. A. Sailaja, Professor, EEI spoke on human resource development and its related activities. The students visit was a part of their educational tour and their course curriculum for the academic year 2021-22. The group consisted of students of agricultural extension, agricultural economics and food science and technology along with their group leader Dr. K. Narayana Swamy, Associate Professor, Department of Agricultural Extension, GKVK, Bangalore. Later on, a short film on EEI activities was played to depict the mandate and curriculum of EEI.
