Farmers awareness program was organised on "Weather and its influence in deciding the crop yields" at KVK, Palem, Nagarkurnool dist on 6.1.2020 in collaboration with ACRC, ARI, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad. Dr. K. Avil Kumar, ADR- STZ; Dr. G. Srinivas, Principal Scientist & Head, ACRC, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad; Dr. Sravani, Scientist, IMD, Hyderabad; Dr. M. Jagan Mohan Reddy, Principal Scientist & Head, KVK, Palem; Dr. Indudhar Reddy, Scientist, ACRC and 55 farmers are participated. The farmers are enlightened on preparation of crop schedules according to the weather forecast and accordingly overcome the adversaries to minimize the crop losses.
