As a part of crop diversification, he has an idea of taking up Sesamum after harvest of cotton and redgram in January. ID crops like groundnut, horse gram have also been sown in some of the villages as an initiative towards crop diversification. Need based suggestions pertaining to the pest and disease incidences among the crops were conveyed to the farmers.
