Conducted a Diagnostic Field visit in Yasangi paddy, maize, blackgram, tomato and chilli fields on 04.03.2025 at KVK, Palem.

KVK, Palem conducted a Diagnostic Field visit in Yasangi paddy, maize, blackgram, tomato and chilli fields at Manganoor Village, Bijinepally Mandal, Nagarkurnool District on 04.03.2025. Paddy crop is at vegetative stage (40 to 60 DAS) and observed incidence of bacterial leaf blight suggested to spray plantamycin 40 grams / acre and blast suggested to spray with triflaxystrobin + tebuconozole @ 100 grams /acre. Maize crop is at tassel initiation stage (45 DAS) and observed severe FAW (Above ETL) suggested to spray with Chlorantraniliprole @60 ml/acre in the whorl region and application of poison bait. Black gram crop is at vegetative to pod development stage and observed severe incidence of YMV, suggested to spray thiamethoxam 80 gram/acre + azadirectin 5 ml / Liter water. Tomato crop is at seedling stage and observed damping off. Suggested to drenching with copper oxy chloride 600 gram/acre. In this visit Dr. T. Prabhakar Reddy, PC, Dr. B. Rajashekar, SMS (Agrl. Extn), Sri. Kranthi, AEO and Sri. Kondanna, farmer a total of 6 members were participated.
