Field Day in Malkapur Village on 08-11-2019 Organized by DAATTC, Warangal

Mechanisation in Agriculture is need of the hour and farming community is diverting its occupation to service and industrial sectors, as well as due to few government policies the labour problem has been escalating in rural India as result the cost of cultivation is rocketing to high sky, for this reason the PJTSAU is demonstrating farm implements through DAATTC’s & KVK’s and AICRP Coordinated Projects, TSP etc. in Telangana State on top priority to tackle the labour challenge. During the kharif season, DAATTC Warangal conducted FLD on Vacuum planter in maize in 100 acres (40ha) in coordination with AICRP maize, Hyderabad at free of cost to farmer. In this context on 8-11-2019 FIELD DAY conducted on maize harvester, this is the final part of FLD on Mechanisation in Maize in Coordination with AICRP Maize by DAATTC Warangal under the chairmanship of Dr.E.Srinivas Principal Scientist & Coordinator, & Sri. J.Vijay, Scientist (Crop prod.), DAATTC-Warangal, in which Dr. D.Srilatha, Principal Scientist, AICRP Maize Hyderabad, attend as chief guest, and addressed the gathering on importance of farm implements Dr.Rajaiah, Sr. Scientist (Agri. Engineer), other special invitees are Sri.P. Pradeep ADA (Ghanpur), Sri.A. Nagaraju, MAO (Ghanpur) and progressive farmers participated and given feedback on sowing with vacuum planter and maize harvester.
