Mahila Kisan Diwas was conducted by KVK, Kampasagar on 15-10-2020

Mahila Kisan Diwas was organized and conducted at off campus Tungapadu (V), Miryalaguda (M), Nalgonda District by KVK, Kampasagar on 15.10.2020. On the occasion Dr.M.A. Aariff Khan, Programme Coordinator, KVK, Kampasagar addressed the women farmers about the role of women in farm operations and importance of reduction of dedgery to overcome stress problems. Later, G.Krishnaveni, Home Science (Scientist) enlightened women farmers about drudgery implements usage for easy work and entrepreneurship development activities by Backyard Poultry, Millets based, Value added bakery products followed by other Women Scientists of KVK also expressed their views on importance and need of women in agriculture. On the occasion felicitated a woman farmer Smt. Eshwaramma from Tungapadu (V), Miryalaguda (M) Nalgonda (Dist.) aged about 65 years old involving in agriculture and allied activities since 46 years. She became a role model to fellow farm women in the village, encouraging and motivating them in all aspects.
