Seed distribution at adopted village Gudur, Dt: 23.07.2022

As a part of village adoption programme, the village adoption committee members has visited Gudur, Kothur Mandal met the farmers on 23.07.2022. The team has explained about use of high density planting system in Cotton and the importance of bio fertilizers. In this programme the measures to be taken while growing the high density cotton with respect to spacing and use of growth retardants in cotton crop was explained. And also explained how to use bio fertilizers to improve the crop yield as well as soil fertility. Farmers are willing to adopt the technology in their village. Hence, under the chairmanship of Dr.C. Narendra Reddy, Associate Dean, College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar, the village adoption team has distributed cotton seed and bio fertilizers to farmers.
