Teacher's Day Celebrations at Agricultural College, Palem

To show the gratitude and to shower thankfulness for the efforts of teachers, the students of Agricultural College, Palem have organised teacher’s day celebrations on 5th September 2019 in the auditorium, Agricultural College, Palem. The celebrations started with offering floral tributes to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan by the Associate Dean, Dr. P. Raghu Rami Reddy followed by teaching staff, non-teaching staff and students. The students conveyed regards to the staff members in their speeches and talk. Dr. K. Vijayalakshmi, Professor and Head, Entomology expressed her ideology of teaching as a profession and also acknowledged students for their efforts in organising the event. The Associate Dean, Dr. P. Raghu Rami Reddy addressed students that teaching is such a noble profession which shapes all other professions. He advised the students that being a responsible youth of future India, they should put in mutual efforts along with the teachers to make our university, our state and our country remarkable. He further appreciated students in organising the celebrations.
