Workshop on Creative Radio Program on Diffusion of Agriculture Innovations at Agricultural College, Aswaraopet on 08-01-2020

One Day Workshop on Creative Radio Program on Diffusion of Agriculture Innovations as part of Student farm radio program (PJTSAU vaari Chenukaburlu) was organized at the Agricultural College Aswaraopet on 8th January, 2020. Dr. C. Narendra Reddy, Associate Dean was the chief guest of the programme. Sir gave his presidential speech on the “Significance of PJTSAU vaari Chenukaburlu in transferring the farm technologies at the farmer’s doorsteps through the undergraduate and post graduate students of PJTSAU. Later on power point presentations were given by Dr.K.Shireesha, Coordinator, Chenukaburlu and Sri.L.Raja, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Agricultural Extension regarding the “Role and significance of PJTSAU vaari Chenukaburlu in enhancing the communication skills of students” and “Important tips to write an effective Radio script” respectively. Later faculty from all the departments has interacted with the students regarding the selection of farm technologies which have to be transferred essentially to farmers. All the teaching, non-teaching faculty and students have participated in the programme
